One of the quiet and untrodden sites yet so important in Giza is the necropolis of Dahshour.It Is 23 miles away from Giza pyramids area. King Snefru, the founder of the fourth dynasty had three pyramids built there: the Bent pyramid, the Red pyramid and the small Ka pyramid.
Those pyramids represent a transition between the Step pyramid and the great pyramid. Learn about the shape of the Bent pyramid and how the pyramid developed in form and size. Enjoy walking around those pyramids and go inside to see the interior of each.
